More of a comment.

Our basement was finished when we bought the house two years ago. We never had a drop of water there until a few weeks ago (with the big rain fall). Long story short, we had to rip up the carpeting and move everything upstairs. We met with one your production manager last week along with a few of your competitors. We have left a message for your manager with a few of questions. We want to use your company, the only "complaint" I have so far is the waiting time. We were told to wait at least 2 months.

Thanks for the comment. I certainly can understand your concern about the wait. We dont really like it to be this long either but with upto 5" of rain in 24 hours this is what happens to our business. It is very weather driven and we we like to make sure the people we send out are qualified to do the installations so we dont just add people when it gets really busy like this. We have 10 three man crews working very hard. I hope you wait for us, I know it will be well worth it. It's ten weeks right now but this is something you only want to do once and will enjoy the benefits for a life time.
