Record of work done

My father-in-law had your company repair his foundation and seal along the driveway next to the house by injection method. We cannot find a record of this and he has since passed away. There is no leakage or problem with the work its just that we need to find a copy of the work completed in case the question comes up when we try to sell the home. We believe it was done in the late 80's or early 90's. His name was Allen W. Roach, 3919 N. Panama, Chicago, Il. Any help would be appreciated.

We have only had one dealer in the Chicago area since the early 90's Perma-Seal Basement Systems. If it was Perma-Seal that did the work you can reach them at 630-512-0002 and they can check their records.
