Hello! I have a question concerning water in my basement.
Recently, we had several inches of rain fall in my region. Before now I have not had any problems with water in my basement.
However, my luck has run out. Now I am getting water in my basement and it appears to develop where the wall and floor meet. I contacted a few waterproofing companies in the area.
All the companies want to put some type fo drainage system beneath my basement slab. One company in particular impressed me with their product. I not sure if you are familar with the Hydraway product, but they guarantee it will not restrict or clog like the pipe with holes in it. They also install this product directly in the ground. I guess what I like about it is that with the water I am also getting mud and this product is designed to be installed in the ground. To me this means that this product will not allow mud inside it and clog. Obviously, I am getting this information through the salesman representing this product. I do not find anything on the web that speaks contrary to their claims. This particular company was referred to me, but I found your website and I was wanted an outside opinion. What can you share with me about this product and do you provide a product comparable with the same gurantee. If so, what do you call it and how does it work.
