We have lived in our house for 14 years. WE have a VERY large full basement with two bedrooms, living area and a bathroom. Every year in the spring the basement leaks. So it is a waist of good space. Water comes up through the floor and along the wall/floor where it meets and through one of the walls. Also under the steps. The previous owners had some type of drainage system installed you can tell because the floor has new cement on it in a line across the floor where they must have broke out the cement and replaced. The foundation I know has a problem because the front of the house has an area on the brick that has cracked. I believe our basement has block walls. First question, do you have a dealer in Oklahoma? Second do you think this can be fixed? thanks

forgot to say we had someone come about 7-8 years ago and they pumped oilfield jell into the walls which slowed down the water coming in but did not stop it.
