I've been studying your fhb article -- one thing that strikes me is that you assume moist heat in the summer -- in the PNW of Washington state our summers are quite dry. Summer is the time that everything, including the crawl space, dries out. Will your system reduce that drying effect as the vents are closed?

skeeter,
Hello. Thank you for your question. In your area the air in the summer is dry, but the crawl space floor is damp. the top layer of soil may be dry but it is dry because it has dried up into the building material above it. Water- moisture equalizes easily through the air, and the groud is a steady supply of moisture into your home. CleanSpace will stop the moisture from coming into the building envelope.
Thanks again.
