I was reading about your clean space liner. It is quite thick and punture and tear proof. It is warranted for 25 years not to tear or punture or you will replace it. What does abuse of liner mean.

Abuse would include tearing with sharp object or tools, pulling it off the wall, drilling through it etc. The intention behind the warranty is that it will handle the normal traffic a crawl space is meant to endure. Service contractors, repairmen, storage etc.
