The problem has gotten worse over the last couple of months. I would say the flap is pretty much wide open. The dripping of water back into the pit has accelerated. This can't be normal. Thoughts? Should I have the company that installed my pump call your corporate office in CT? I also have an iceguard issue- I posted a note about it today on this forum. THX-

Yes, I think that's a great idea. Maybe if we trouble shoot this with the dealer, we can come up with a lasting solution.
