Thank you for the book "DRY BASEMENT SCIENCE - What to Have Done ... and Why" by Lawrence Janesky .. so well written, lots of photos, comprehensive information on so many topics. A reference book I referred to time and time again these past few months and something I know I will review in the future.
Basement Systems is most definitely the go-to company for "All Things Basementy"!!!
As per below, I had great service from the start.
What can I say - so professional; so responsive; so service-oriented! Thank you Cari, Kayla and Almond!
A special THANK YOU to Tyler who introduced me to your company's system, assessed my basement situation and consulted with me on the options! Tyler met with me several times, and answered numerous follow-up questions via phone, text and email. In particular, I really appreciated his customer-focused and personable approach; he was great at educating me on interior water drainage systems. Not only that, but I had the added confidence of Tyler's years of experience in installing the system himself. I know he's been called back into "production" during these busy times ... how lucky for BASEMENT SYSTEMS to have such a versatile team player as Tyler!
A special shout out to Raymond, Sean and Dallas! An awesome team. Really appreciated Raymond taking the time to explain each step.
Better than I ever expected; not a scrap or a bit of concrete etc. left behind!
My sister saw a TV ad and/or news story featuring Basement Systems and had actually sent me the website link for information about one month before my basement was flooded. The day after I discovered water in my basement, I checked out the website, and was immediately impressed with all the great information and videos. I sent an email inquiry and got a response back within 24 hours - at the height of the YYC flood - and a sales rep came to my house within 3 days... again, in the midst of all the chaos throughout the city and area. Other companies I called couldn't come by for 10+ days.
Good Polite, On Time and Friendly service. Tech went for a coffee and offered to bring me one...
