Hello, We have a new house but the rains have caused flooding in the ground level bedroom. We suspect there is not proper drainage and/or the sealing is weak. Would like an inspection of how to repair. This ground level bedroom is next to the garage at the front of the house and there is a major slope. There is a sum pump but it looks like the base may be corroding. There is a drain in the front of the garage but not in front of this room (there is soil and plants here). The downstairs room has had all the hardwood floors removed and drywall cleared but continues to flood with slight rain.
