Project Location: San Francisco, CA 94110

Comment: Single family home. With the recent rain, there are 1-3 mysterious leaks in the garage, at least 2 suspected to be coming from foundation/wall. Separately, in the back room (below grade), there was significant water intrusion, suspected to be coming from the foundation/wall. We are trying to find the source of the water intrusion and to fix it.

Project Location: San Francisco, CA 94134

Comment: We recently had water overflow into basement bedroom because the drainage system (water flows naturally under foundation to street) was overloaded and water rose to the floor level. We're interested in understanding available drainage options to prevent future issues.

Project Location: San Francisco, CA 94114

Comment: Our home is in Eureka Valley. it's fitted into a hillside. 3 levels: main home, levels 2&3 above ground and basement the back side of which is against the hill (under ground). Water floods in at the bottom of the basement during excessive rains (usually has to be 2 or 3 days of hard rain). we'd like to determine source and remedy, if possible or at least minimize the flooding.

Project Location: San Francisco, CA 94114

Comment: My house is nestled into the side of a hill in SF. It seems that ground water from inside the hill periodically rises and has caused part of a wall to rot. I am looking for a system to dispose of the groundwater when this occurs so I don't have to rebuild this wall more than once.

Comment: Water seepage between walls & Floors in the basement

Project Location: San Francisco, CA 94112

Comment: Hello, We have a new house but the rains have caused flooding in the ground level bedroom. We suspect there is not proper drainage and/or the sealing is weak. Would like an inspection of how to repair. This ground level bedroom is next to the garage at the front of the house and there is a major slope. There is a sum pump but it looks like the base may be corroding. There is a drain in the front of the garage but not in front of this room (there is soil and plants here). The downstairs room has had all the hardwood floors removed and drywall cleared but continues to flood with slight rain.
