This crawl space needed an encapsulation due to high moisture levels. This moisture was causing humidity in the crawl space and also in the home. It also created the perfect environment for mold to start growing. We went in and removed all the mold and debris in the crawl space and then encapsulated by using CleanSpace. Also the vents were sealed and we installed an EverLast Door to ensure an airtight seal. SmartJacks had to be installed to support the foundation where the moisture had weakened it. The finishing touch was putting in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control relative humidity and filter the air. 

To protect this customer's home against water intrusion, we installed an interior perimeter drainage system with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. 

This basement had leaking wall-floor joints. Our team installed a perimeter drainage system and a sump pump to permanently solve this customer's water problem.

A homeowner from Canton, Georgia gave us a call because they were tired of dealing with mold in their crawl space. After trying a few at home remedies that were unsuccessful, they decided to call in a professional. After performing a detailed inspection, Robbie recommended Soda Blasting to remove the problem. The owner of this home was getting ready to put the house up for sale, but he wanted to get it in the best condition to sell. Dave Coughlin, a member of our Real Estate Response Team, went out to the house to see what could be done in order to improve the house. Dave noticed that the basement and crawl space were very moist, and the crawl space was not encapsulated and very dirty. Dave solution included encapsulating the crawl space with the CleanSpace wall system to create a mold resistant moisture barrier. Along with also sealing the crawl space vents to fully encapsulate the space. To waterproof the basement the WaterGuard drainage system was installed, along with a SuperSump and CleanSpace on the basement walls. This home is now ready to go on the market!
