The SmartSump is made especially for crawl spaces. It includes a WaterWatch Alarm that will sound if the water reaches the level that the pump should have turned on, This will alert the homeowner to a problem with the system that needs to be resolved.
This sump system comes with an airtight lid, WaterWatch Alarm, airtight floor drain, and 3 functioning pumps. SmartJacks are perfect for addressing sagging floors, sinking girders, and settling piers that can result in unlevel floors.
The TrenchDrain is capable of collecting high volumes of water, making it a good fit for entry points like staircases and doorways.
