Wet Crawl Space Transformed in North Hampton, NH

This North Hampton home had a crawl space that was less than practical. There was moisture build up & water seepage that prevented the homeowner from utilizing this space. TC Hafford was contacted and after assessing the conditions, and it was determined that a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier Encapsulation would do the trick. The CLeanSpace Liner is specifically desgined for Crawl Spaces and Basements, to prevent mositure, humidiity, and pests from penetrating the space. This crawl space is a lot healthier which makes this home a lot happier. Now they can utilize the already existing space!

New Concrete Poured in Existing North Hampton, NH Basement

Wet Basement with Unstable Foundation in North Hampton, NH

This North Hampton, NH basement had multiple issues that needed to be addressed. There was muddy water about an inch high, covering the basement floor. And the foundation was unstable, a tell tale sign was that the floors on the first level of the home had begun to sag. TC Hafford came out to assess the space and after consulting with the homeowner, determined that they could solve all of these issues. First we waterproofed the basement, and then poured a beautiful new concrete floor. Then, we installed our galvanized steel SmartJacks. These SmartJacks are put in place to restore a homes foundation to its original state. All three of these implementations by TC Hafford made the home safer. New Home Build Needs Sump Pump Installation in Alton Bay, NH

Homeowners in Alton Bay, NH are having a new home built and wanted to be sure they would not have any issues with water intrusion in their basement. We coordinated with their general contractor to install our TripleSafe sump pump, the top of the line sump system. The TripleSafe sump features two Zoeller cast iron pumps that combined can handle over 6,000 gallons of water per hour. There is also a third battery backup pump to keep the system operating even if the home loses power.
