AfterThis North Hampton, NH basement had multiple issues that needed to be addressed. There was muddy water about an inch high, covering the basement floor. And the foundation was unstable, a tell tale sign was that the floors on the first level of the home had begun to sag. TC Hafford came out to assess the space and after consulting with the homeowner, determined that they could solve all of these issues. First we waterproofed the basement, and then poured a beautiful new concrete floor. Then, we installed our galvanized steel SmartJacks. These SmartJacks are put in place to restore a homes foundation to its original state. All three of these implementations by TC Hafford made the home safer.
