This North Hampton home had a crawl space that was less than practical. There was moisture build up & water seepage that prevented the homeowner from utilizing this space. TC Hafford was contacted and after assessing the conditions, and it was determined that a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier Encapsulation would do the trick. The CLeanSpace Liner is specifically desgined for Crawl Spaces and Basements, to prevent mositure, humidiity, and pests from penetrating the space.  This crawl space is a lot healthier which makes this home a lot happier. Now they can utilize the already existing space!

This North Hampton, NH basement had multiple issues that needed to be addressed. There was muddy water about an inch high, covering the basement floor. And the foundation was unstable, a tell tale sign was that the floors on the first level of the home had begun to sag. TC Hafford came out to assess the space and after consulting with the homeowner, determined that they could solve all of these issues. First we waterproofed the basement, and then poured a beautiful new concrete floor. Then, we installed our galvanized steel SmartJacks. These SmartJacks are put in place to restore a homes foundation to its original state. All three of these implementations by TC Hafford made the home safer.
