Customer wanted to encapsulate the crawlspace due to fear of Mold and Wood Rot .

Customer called with concerns of water coming in through the wall, in one corner of the basement, the issue was a bad repair job that was done on a vertical crack along the wall. We came out and installed our Flexispan wall crack repair system which permanently stops water from entering through the wall crack 

Upgrade to a Triple Safe SumpPump.

The TripleSafe is made up by 3 Pumps. The first pump is the main pump, a 1/3 horsepower cast iron Zoeller pump that pumps out up to 2600 gallons of water per hour. Pump 2 automatically starts pumping if Pump 1 fails or is overwhelmed by the amount of water getting in. Pump 3 is battery operated and turns on automatically when the power fails. 

This homeowner was in dire need of help with his damp, moldy crawlspace. He called us for assistance and we transformed this space for him. We started with regrading to direct water seepage towards the sump pump. Next we took care of a mold issue using our Mold-X2 Cleaner and Botanical. Then we installed SilverGlo insulated wall panels along with our CleanSpace liner and drainage matting for a total crawlspace encapsulation system. The CleanSpace system acts as an effective moisture and vapor barrier while providing a bright, stain-resistant finish that never needs repainting or maintenance.
