  I chose Quality 1st to install my sump-pump. They are local, very friendly and very knowledgeable. John did our consultation and is very knowledgeable with their products and pointed out what was the best configuration for our household. He was very honest and worked with us and our budget as well as did not pressure us since we are young new homeowners. I appreciated the phone calls from not only John himself but as well as the foreman on the job. I also appreciated the phone call from their office when they had cancellations and we got in two weeks sooner. The foreman and his crew were amazing and they installed our pump within one day! If I were you I would choose Quality 1st for your basement needs!

  John was such a great help. He is walked me through the whole entire process and he was available for me at any time. I had a question. He’s very knowledgeable and polite. Eduardo and his team were phenomenal. They were on time and they finish the job in a very timely manner. They went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed.

  Doug and John were the absolute best, John took me thru the planning phase, explaining everything and talked through all the various options, and today Doug and his crew made it all happened. VERY professional, courteous and attention to details. Throughout the installation. Doug took the time to show each step they were doing, what the next steps would be and asked if I had any questions. Upon completion, we had a complete walk thru of the entire installation both inside and outside the house. (They left the basement cleaner then when they started) After Doug and his crew left, John stopped by to walk thru everything with me again, and made sure I was entirely satisfied and I explained that I could not be more pleased with everything.   Quality 1st changed a nightmare into a dream for me and my family! My 136 year-old home developed a breach during a storm turning my basement into a swimming pool. Quality 1st responded quickly sending John Maas to address where the water was coming from and how to remedy it. John Maas thoroughly investigated my home and gave a comprehensive and detailed explanation on what was happening and what we should do. I chose Quality 1st because of John Maas, his professionalism and comprehensive resolution. To my surprise, my experience with John and Quality 1st just kept getting better when they sent their crew out. Anthony Santiago, their crew leader, brought a crew of two, Abu and Jose…they couldn’t have worked any better together. Anthony Santiago is another gem of an employee. His leadership with staff and the respect they all shared for one another was obvious. There were some unexpected things that were resolved and explained as we went. I can’t say enough of how impressed I am of the workmanship of Anthony Santiago, Abu and Jose. They dealt with a precarious situation professionally, never complained and didn’t leave mess. If you want the best call Quality 1st!!!

  Excellent communication from the get go! Received company information in the mail about cement repair. Got reminder call night before from John Maas, system design specialist. John was very straight forward and was not a hard selling representative. Could have saved a lot of money if we had gone with driveway repair instead of replacement. Would highly recommend this company for your cement repair needs.

  Quality 1st was always first class. I met with Ryan Devine and John Maas. A slab of concrete in my garage had shifted and left a very dangerous edge that someone could have tripped on. They accessed the area and presented a solution. An appointment was made to have the work done. Ash and coworker came. They were very professional and explained to me how the job would be done. The job was done beautifully. Thank you Quality 1st for a wonderful experience.
