Good evening. I am interested in an estimate for remediation of water/moisture evident in the concrete blocks of my basement. I've used a DryTrak system in the past at a different property and think this might be a viable approach. There is no evidence of sitting water in the basement, just the moisture in the blocks. We have a 100 year old home and have been told that the water table is high in our immediate area. In the past 20+ years, we have had several instances of very flooded basements. We have made some improvements - 2 sump pumps (1 new, 1 old) but under extreme conditions - as we have had over the past couple of months - water has seeped in thru the walls as well as the floor and pumps have not been able to keep up (we lost a Hot water heater, and a Washer/Dryer during Ida) We are interested in investigating options to fortify the basement as much as possible.
