I am pleased to report that a large growing crack in the upstairs bedroom wall has almost disappeared and our lower laundry room floor no longer has a pronounced bounce. Also, I don't lay awake at night worried that the creaking sounds indicate the my house is on the verge of collapsing ! Thank you.
