This house in Dayton, Ohio needed their basement repaired and waterproofed. There were cracks in the walls, which were resulting in water leaks. We installed CarbonArmor over the cracks to funnel the water to the WaterGuard, and to keep the walls from cracking even more. We also installed our TripleSafe Pump with all the necessary discharge products. The house now has a waterproofed basement. 

The homeowner reached out to us, after noticing water seeping into their basement.  After hearing about us from a friend, they decided to call The Basement Doctor and we were able to install a Sump Pump and take care of the water seeping issue!

We waterproofed this basement in Vandalia, Ohio with BrightWall paneling, WaterGuard, and a SuperSump. 

We installed the FlexiSpan Crack Repair System for a homeowner in Vandalia, Ohio.  The FlexiSpan Crack Repair System is a permanent solution for a leaking cracked in a poured foundation wall.  The FlexiSpan begins with a bead of sealant to slow down, if not completely stop the leaking.  Next, a FlexiSpan Foam Drain Strip is placed over the bead of sealant.  If there is any water that gets through the sealant, the water will be wicked down into the foam drain strip which is tucked into a drainage system installed below the repair.  A Flexible Sealant Overlay is applied over the foam drain strip to seal the complete repair.  Also installed was a BrightWall Panel.  BrightWall Panels can also be installed to cover basement walls like typical paneling.  The difference in the BrightWall Panels is that this paneling is made of a plastic material that will keep water from permeating into the basement and will drain any wall leaks down into the drainage system or waterGuard Basement Waterproofing System.   

We installed new BrightWall paneling in this Vandalia, Ohio basement. BrightWall panels provide insulation to the basement and channel any leaks from the walls down to the WaterGuard.
