The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati
Matt began his career in general contracting and remodeling before joining The Basement Doctor. He started as a general laborer and has been promoted through multiple roles, including Co-Foreman, Foreman, Service Tech, Lead Service Tech, Service Manager, Acting Production Manager, and now Operations Manager. With over a decade of hands-on experience and certification as a Waterproofing Professional, Matt also earned a certificate from Management U in 2022.
As Operations Manager at our Cincinnati location, Matt oversees day-to-day operations, working closely with service and production managers while continuing to expand his knowledge through training with our Vice President.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys off-roading, spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors. Reflecting on his career, he says, "I have learned so much and still learn something new every day; it never gets boring! I started here to learn a unique trade and have stayed because of the team we’ve built. The staff feels like family. I’ve been promoted seven times, and Bobby Miles sees the potential in all employees and works to help them succeed. This company changes lives for the better, and I take pride in making our customers happier and healthier."
