Notice the water stains on the concrete wall. That was the point of entry for the water that flooded the basement.
The floor had such significant water damage that you could actually pull chunks of concrete away by hand
Old drainage system. Has a lake of water around it which was coming from the foundation.
Unfortunately, the leak had ruined the drywall material on the basement walls
Prior to our arrival, the family used their insurance to cover the wall and floor removal
