Ali was AMAZING! Our power was out and our back-up system did not come on. I called the office and they contacted him. He immediately called me and said he was on his way and his approximate arrival time. He called again to give me an update on his arrival which was very comforting. He arrived, tested everything, assessed our problem and solved it all in under 2 hours. He was EXCELLENT. My husband and I were so relieved because our power did not come back on until the following day. Had Ali not fixed everything, it could have been very problematic for us and our home.

We were very happy that your team was there to answer our call for help, and put the call immediately to someone in service who contacted Ali. An excellent hand-off, thank you.

What can I say, Ali often services our units. He did. It complete the last call, but whenever he is at our home, he does a fabulous job. He also gave us some advice on keeping the pipes clear and it has worked!

The problem was solved, we had a working system for 13 hours while we had no power in our home!

Not sure what we would have done if your team and especially Ali weren't there for us, a very bighTHANK YOU for a job well done.

Nothing left behind except a working system.
