Comment: I have a basement entry that constantly floods because the drain is only a pipe in the ground. It is not tied into the weeping tile or another drain. The problem is complicated by a wall which is being pressured outwardly and silt is leaking through the joints between the blocks. The silt fills the pipe and doesn't drain quickly enough to stop flooding, hence water leaks above the base level of the basement door, under the sub-floor and into the basement. Thankfully it's under the floor and into the floor drain, but it's gone on for quite some time. I'd like someone to come and review and provide an estimate for this repair.
