Foundation Settlement Repair
Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customers concrete driveway and sidewalk. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Polylevel provides the fill, lift and stabilization for the issue. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.
This customer had issues with ground settlement and washouts. These things caused voids in the ground under the concrete thus caused cracking on the sidewalk. Our crew used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Once the voids are filled, the cracks are repaired and sealed using Nexus Pro. Once the repairs are done & the excess Polylevel foam has been trimmed the customer will be responsible for filling the exposed area with dirt or filler to ensure the erosion does not return.
