CleanSpace Northwest Crawlspace Access Everlast Door 

Crawlspace repair of a wet, damp crawlspace that included removing all insulation and debris, a sump pump system,. SilverGlo wall insulation, drainage matting, TerraBlock floor insulation, and CleanSpace 20 mil Liner.

 Older home in need of leveling of floors as original support system was logs on a small concrete blocks. Supported floor temporarily as we installed new cast in place  concrete pier pads and SmartJacks under the older portion of the home.  After floor was leveled and adjusted we installed SilverGlo rigid foam insulation on the interior perimeter of the foundation walls and in the rim joist area with spray foam as needed to seal off outside air.  Then installed CleanSpace 20 mil encapsulation system  and an EverLast crawlspace access door.

 A much different below grade environment after we completed our work.

We turned our customers Crawlspace from looking like a rat's nest to a room where you can store your goods!  Totally awesome!
