Daniel and Thao of Everett, WA, faced a persistent crawl space issue - it was wet, messy, overrun by rodents, and in disarray. Turning to Rainy Day for a solution, their main concern was to address these issues. They needed repair, cleaning, insulation, and a new vapor barrier. For this project, Rainy Day introduced our SmartSump system into Daniel and Thao's crawl space. Combined with a drainage system, SmartSump efficiently manages water and automatically pumps out water to keep the area dry. The results were astounding, with the crawl space now dry and rodent-free.
