Niki has over 25 years of customer service experience and an extensive background in electrical and general contracting. After looking to expand into a different line of home improvement, Niki joined the Rainy Day team.

Niki schedules service inspection appointments and helps keep our clientele up-to-date on how to keep their home safe. She is always ready to help our customers with an easy-going attitude as an approachable professional who provides knowledge, answers, and assistance.

She treasures spending time and sharing laughter with friends and family. In her downtime, she also enjoys crafting home decors and creating floral arrangements, wall ornaments, centerpieces, and coasters.
