Hello! We are having a reoccurring issue that has gotten worse recently with our basement. 1. Our sump pump room is not graded so the water just sits there until I sweep it in. 2. The space just outside of our sump pump room also leaks when it rains a lot and it's getting worse. 3. The bathroom in our basement that is underneath our front porch had part of the paint fall from the ceiling and start leaking. Now, it's not horrible as I was lucky to catch it early and put buckets under it. I am just hoping for some help as we've only been in this house for 2 years.
