During the inspection of the home's crawl space, the LRE Design Specialist discovered that the floor joists had significantly dropped due to a lack of stable support from below.
Due to the settlement of the underlying soil, the homeowner's driveway had become uneven and numerous cracks had spread throughout the surface.
