These homeowners own a buy and resell business. They noticed they were experiencing some moisture in their basement, and knew they needed to get this fixed fast. They called Midwest and System Design Specialist, Cody Shipley, came out to help. Together, they decided on CleanSpace and WaterGuard. CleanSpace is used as a barrier to keep water out. The water goes down the CleanSpace and into the WaterGuard, which will flow to a sump pump and out of the home. There is no doubt these homeowners will be able to run their business without worry of water damage!

Water Damage and Mold Growth In Basement in West Des Moines, IA
This homeowner's basement had many signs of water damage on all walls, including mold growth. The main goal was to increase the health and safety conditions within the home. To address these concerns, we implemented a solution by adding CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that is attached to the walls. Crawlspace Repair in Norwalk, IA

System Design Specialist James visited the home to provide a free, same-day estimate. We started by installing Cleanspace with a drainage mat to provide a protective barrier from the ground to the home. Next, we blocked off exterior vents, and installed a SmartDrain with our Sedona dehumidifier. Dark Crawl Space Made Usable in Clive, IA

The crew encapsulated the space with CleanSpace and sealed up all the seams and tops to make sure the space was useable, and nothing could get in the crawl space again. Susan was very impressed with the quality of work and how well the crew worked together.
