This Frankfort home was having issues with mold, mildew, odors, and unhealthy air seeping up into their home through their crawl space. We were able to install a CleanSpace liner and EverLast crawl space door, among other products, to help provide them with a healthier crawl space and home. 

We replaced this old crawl space sump pump with a new SmartSump. The SmartSump is designed specifically for crawl spaces, and the airtight lid forms a tight seal over our CleanSpace encapsulation system.

This home in Frankfort, Kentucky had a crawl space that was rotting away due to moisture problems. We installed CleanSpace, a SaniDry Sedona, a SmartSump, a SmartJack, and we also installed various insulation products like SilverGlo and rim joist insulation. The result was a moisture free crawlspace that can now keep the house as a whole clean and healthy. 

This home in Versailles, Kentucky had a cinder block support system in their crawl space that was becoming compromised. We replaced this system with a new SmartJack system. The SmartJack is a high-capacity adjustable steel pier designed to stop settling and even potentially raise the floor back to where it was.

This crawlspace was in pretty poor condition. Moisture was seeping in and causing mold to grow in a lot of places. In order to stop moisture, cold air, and bugs from coming into the crawl space from any longer, we encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace liner. We also installed a SmartSump sump pump connected to a drainage system to help waterproof. We also connected a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to the sump because the SaniDry is capable of collecting gallons of water just through the moisture in the air.
