Julie, our Account Manager and one of our very talented Appointment Schedulers, started with us in January 2022. Previously, she worked in customer service at an HVAC company for 10 years. Her experience has been a boon to all of us here at The Basement Doctor.

On an average day, Julie answers phone calls and schedules estimates for our customers. She also reaches out to customers that have received their estimates to see if they'd like to proceed with the work. Julie loves her job, but her favorite thing is being with her coworkers and talking to customers.

When Julie isn't working, she's cheering on her kids at sporting events and hanging out with friends.
