You all were the only company to explain everything that would happen, how it works, and what the lifetime policy includes. They told us why to not do other ways that would be shortcuts because we would be chasing our problem. They were the best option to fix the whole problem instead of just wanting money from us. Treated us like family instead of money coming in. Everyone else was short told us how much and a bit on why and that's it maybe 5 mins tops. You all took your time and explained everything.
