June 7, 2021 Wow! I’ve never met anyone who’s personified the phrase, “at your service” until I met The Basement Doctor’s Michael Klemens.  We spent a small fortune having our cellar waterproofed but the wall tape never stayed stuck. Last fall, someone arrived after I complained, smoothed the buckled strips and left. This past weekend, I found the tape on the floor. Livid, I called Basement Doctor and, after a few forwards, was put in touch with Micheal Klemens. Within an hour he was here, explained what caused the problem, replacing 62 seams then gave me as good a guarantee as it gets (his word and cell phone number). As I said, WOW! For the first time I actually feel it was money well spent. As for Michael Klemens? He put my fears and frustration to rest, which is in itself PRICELESS!!! BRAVO Michael Klemens.  Basement Doctor, I sure hope your company appreciates what a good man you’ve got.  Laurie Birnsteel
