Homeowner Has Crawl Space Encapsulated for the First Time in 20 Years
A homeowner in Newport, MI had not experienced any issues in their crawl space for over 20 years, until they noticed a musty odor beginning to permeate through the home. Project Manager Mark Buhr developed a repair that would best suit Elaina's needs. Jon Davis and his crew installed The SmartPipe™ Drainage System made for crawl spaces, and connected it to a brand new sump pump with a powerful Zoeller Pump inside. This system will collect water and funnel it away from the foundation. They then sealed the floor and walls with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to block moisture from entering.
