I put an offer in on a house, I love the house but I am getting conflicting information on the crawl space, and the furnace which is in the crawl space. It looks to me like the walls of the foundation are in bad shape, I have been in there myself. There is basically no flooring, it's all dirt. There is a lot of moisture on the front walll where you can see water damage. I want to know how much it would cost to repair or if it is even worth still pursuing the offer.

Our master bedroom is over a crawlspace which holds water virtually year round (house sits below street level). The floor sags by several inches and the cinder block foundation is rapidly deteriorating. Our long term plan was to replace the master suite, but I don't think we can wait that long...need to at least jack-up the floors & see about clearing the water.

I just bought this house and notice your company install the basement linner system back in 2006 and notice there is a big openning next to the main entrance of the crawl and didn't know if I should fix the foundtain and get a new window. Over the years there is insulation falling down and dirt and pinecones all over the linner. Just need advice and learn more about how a crwalspace should be. Thanks
