  Wow just wow. I would like you to know how truly blown away I was and how truly grateful I am for all the service you gave. Starting with calling and introducing yourself, and making sure the scheduled appointment still works for you, calling me when you were 30 min out, arriving to my appt on time. You answered all my questions, did a thorough job with what you were here to do, and you also asked me if there was anything you could improve upon or do better. Keep on giving great customer service and taking good care of the people you serve. American Waterworks is lucky to have you, and I thank you for taking such good care of me. I look forward to working with you in the future.

  It's hard to believe that my mom and dad and now my kids have been with you guys 22 years. Over the years, we have been taken care of really well. I am very grateful for all the services you provide for us and how thorough a job your do and all the things that are checked at our appts. That being said, Sam V., is awesome; he really took good care of me. He called when he was on his way, got to my appt on time, answered all my questions, did a thorough job with what he was here to do, and he also called beforehand to introduce himself and make sure my appt date is still good. But the most awesome person is you Eric. Keep on giving great customer service and taking good care of the people you serve.
