Rey Radloff

Rey joined our team as an Appointment Specialist in May 2026. Prior to joining American Waterworks, he worked in a similar appointment specialist role, building valuable experience in customer communication and scheduling. He was drawn to the company through a friend and quickly connected with our culture and one-team values.

In his role, Rey connects with homeowners, listens to their concerns, and schedules free estimates to help them take the next step in addressing their home needs. He is especially excited about the opportunity to make a positive impact and brighten a customer’s day.

Outside of work, Rey enjoys drawing, reading, playing video games, and spending time with his cats and partner.
