I would like an expert to come and evaluate the insulation in my unvented crawlspace and give a quote on their recommendations. We have fiberglass in the ridgecaps that has been compressed and disrupted by mice and garter snakes. The walls have rigid foam which may be fine as is. There is a sump pump, but it does not seal so we suspect the bad smell in the space is from stale water. The floor is concrete and there appears to be no water damage anywhere. High pressure salespeople are not welcome in my home so please send someone who impresses us enough to invite them back to do the job.
