Jake is the Service Manager at our Wichita location, where he ensures our team consistently meets quality and safety standards, while also developing SOPs tailored to our unique products and services. He leads with passion, offering support to the entire team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Jake’s journey with Thrasher began as an installer before rising to Production Manager, and now settling into his role as Service Manager. What truly sets Jake apart is his natural ability to connect with and inspire others. His mission is to empower our crews to deliver WOW service to every customer.

Outside of work, Jake loves spending time with his family, hitting the golf course, BBQing with his favorite people, and, on occasion, busting a few dance moves after a couple of beers.
