Justin Schlautman

Justin Schlautman is the Production Manager at our Grand Island location. He supports a team of installers and production specialists and ensures that quality and safety goals are met. Before joining the Thrasher team, Justin served for more than twenty years in the U.S. Army. He is originally from West Point, Nebraska, and currently lives in Valley with his wife and three kids.

At Thrasher, we work every day to deliver a wow experience and challenge the status quo as we redefine the contracting industry. To Justin, this means setting an example that others will follow and changing the way things have always been done to make them better and more efficient.
