Noah Montanye

Noah Montanye has been an employee at Thrasher since 2021 and recently became a Production Manager at our Des Moines location. He began work in Omaha as an installer, then became a lead installer and eventually a team lead, until moving to Des Moines. As a Production Manager, Noah leads crews and helps ensure that safety and customer satisfaction needs are met. Originally drawn to Thrasher because of the company culture and drive to help customers, Noah continues to be inspired by the organization's mission to redefine the contracting industry and help customers find permanent home solutions. 

Outside work, Noah loves spending time with his wife, Johana, and their children, as well as their extended family and friends.
