This wall will have 8 Helical Piers and a Frost Wall installed.
The expansive basement area was inadequately supported, featuring only a few structural posts and several rusting temporary support columns. These deficiencies compromised the stability and support of the floors above, which was a significant concern for the homeowner upon moving into the new residence.
The foundation wall has stair-step cracks in it and is bowing.
The vacation home lies on a slope and the supports under the home need to be replaced.
A foundation wall crack is a symptom of a wall that is not providing proper support to the home. If you see a crack in the foundation, it is very important to monitor the situation before matters get worse.
In the back left corner of this garage, there is a wall that is bowing 3/8".
The damp conditions in the crawl space facilitated the growth of mold, deterioration of air quality, and the onset of wood rot. Wood rot can undermine the structural integrity of wooden supports and joists, leading to sagging floors. To ensure a dry and stable home environment, a comprehensive solution was necessary.
