  Ten years in my house, not a drop of water in my basement. Then May of 2025 came along and brought 3" of water that took 28 hours to vacuum and pump out manually because I had no pit or sump pump. I knew that I never wanted to go through that again. One call to Erickson Foundation Solutions and they got me an appointment the following week to have a sales rep review my situation. My sales rep, Andy was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was patient with all of my questions and very responsive via text as I was making my final decision. They give you a discount if you agree to the work and pay a deposit within 24 hours of receiving your quote. It was the one part of my entire process that felt pushy and I almost backed out and considered looking at other contractors. But their tactic worked, I wanted my nightmare over and I trusted that they would do the job right. After signing the contract and paying the deposit, my job was scheduled for 17 days later. (They initially told me 1-2 months but they had an opening so of course I took it). Communication about the work day was excellent, a phone call to make sure I had everything ready for them (I did some demo myself to save some money) and a text the day before and morning of the appointment. A 3 man crew arrived on time, went over everything they planned to do and got right to work. They were friendly, professional and very hard workers! Overall, I had an excellent experience with Erickson Foundation Solutions. It wasn't cheap but I do believe you get what you pay for with this kind of work. I'm confident that the Triple Safe pump system they installed will keep my basement dry even with very heavy rain like we had this spring. Thank you!

  Cam and his team did an excellent job installing a new sump pump. Cam and his team were very professional and knowledgeable with respect to the installation. They answered all our questions and gave us a good feeling that our problem has been solved. I highly recommend Erickson Foundation Solution for your basement issues.

  Everyone at Erickson was so helpful and professional for our bulkhead repair. They knew exactly what we wanted and weren’t pushing for extra sales. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and helpful. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and the installation team did a great job.

  We have tried several solutions to prevent water from accumulating in our basement after a heavy rain fall. Erickson came in and did a great job with the install, completed the install a day early. The install team were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this service. My scary basement is now more welcoming and bright and I feel secure that no water will collect in the basement.

  Erickson installed a radon mitigation system in my home. Cam and Dan showed up early, were polite and communicative, and they worked quickly and got the job done well.   I would recommend Erickson for this type of project for sure
