We had a fantastic experience with Joshua Peterson from Erickson Foundation Solutions. From start to finish, Joshua provided top-quality service while servicing our sump pumps. He was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through every detail of the work he was doing. What truly stood out was his friendly and patient demeanor—he never rushed, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident in everything he explained.

Even more impressive was how kind and engaging he was with our curious 7-year-old, who wanted to know everything! Joshua took the time to include him in the process, explaining things in a way that was both educational and fun. It meant a lot to us as parents, and really showed his character.
