We installed a CleanSpace Liner with Drainage Matting for a homeowner in Maineville, Ohio.  The CleanSpace Drainage Matting is a dimpled matting used to provide a channel for water to flow out of the crawl space.  The CleanSpace Liner is a bright white plastic liner that provides a mold and moisture-proof barrier between the ground at the home.  The bright white liner brightens up the crawl space and makes it easier to access when needed. 

This area was completely open to the elements before we came in and used CleanSpace to encapsulate this crawlspace in Loveland, OH. This method is used to prevent leaks and drafts which in turn, helps your home's overall energy efficiency and lowers your energy bills.

A Homeowner in Loveland had a block foundation crawl space that was getting some moisture in it.  She was interested in Encapsulation.  We installed CleanSpace Encapsulation System and SilverGlo Insulation.   

A Loveland, Ohio homeowner was interested in a vapor barrier and called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati for help with this project.  The met with Brice, one of our Certified Inspectors, who recommended that CleanSpace is installed.  He also recommended that a SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System is installed.

CleanSpace is a bright white 20-mil-thick plastic liner that is attached with special fasteners to the walls and the floor of the crawl space to provide a vapor-proof barrier.  Not to mention, making the crawl space look great!

The SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System is made especially for crawl spaces.  It has a special lid design so that water from plumbing leaking into the crawl space is drained down into the drainage system but it cannot get back up into the crawl space.  It also has a WaterWatch Alarm which will sound an alarm if there is a pump or power failure.  This will alert the homeowner to a problem in the crawl space.  This is an especially great feature to have since most homeowners do not go into the crawl space that often to know of any problems there.
