  To a person - from the initial visit with the technician who gave us the estimate to the crew who did the work - everybody was friendly, professional, and was willing to stop and explain things to me patiently and in a way I could understand it. No other contracting service that I've done business with has come close in regards to these attributes. Working with Basement Doctor was a great experience!

  The installation crew - T.J. . Cortand, Corey, & Adam - did a fantastic job. They worked quickly, were very professional, and did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. Also appreciated the "walkthrough" of what they had done, and the answers to my questions. All were kind and respectful. Would not hesitate to refer them to others.
