Our inspector, Zach Vandemark, visited the home and crawled through the crawl space to do a thorough inspection and provide a free estimate for repair. The homeowner decided to choose us for the encapsulation, so our expert crew, led by foreman Raul Calderon, went out and encapsulated the space with CleanSpace vapor barrier. When a homeowner in Marengo, OH called us about his crawl space, we knew we could help. The area was wet, dirty, and moldy. In addition, there were vents and an old wooden access door that weren't doing a good job of keeping critters out of the home.

We also installed an Everlast door so the homeowner can still access the crawl space, but it will properly seal off the space from outside elements.

Years of water seepage had damaged the structure of these block walls and started to form cracks. We stabilized them by installing carbon fiber strips along the wall and holding it tight. Then, we covered the wall with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier.
