We have a 4.5 foot crawl space with a dirt( gravel) floor. Foundation Walls are cement. Forced warm air heat for this ranch house. Approximately 700 square feet under the house is crawlspace. A 10 by 22 foot addition is over an old cement porch floor, but it is not accessible. I'm interested in covering the floor and walls. We haven't had any water in a number of years, so i am not thinking we need a sump pump. Space is only accessible via a bulkhead.

Access to the crawl space is through a hatch at the rear of the home. There is currently a tarp on the dirt floor and plastic stapled to the underside of the floor joists with obvious moisture therein. Please provide an estimate to remove and replace all insulation in the joists and treat/remove any mold. I also want the dirt floor encapsulated or perhaps dug out and then covered with gravel and concrete.
