I had a total of three proposals and yours was the best. Not the cheapest but for me the most comprehensive. The application of the Mold-X2 and mold killer needed some additional work in one area, which was promptly taken care of once I pointed it out to the crew. There was some over-spray plus damage to the ductwork insulation and a disconnected flex duct. Kevin came out and we checked it together. Kevin had the crew come back and correct the problems and do a final clean-up. I checked after they finished and it looks good. We are all human and mistakes happen. The test for me is were the issues corrected promptly. They were and I am happy with the completed work.
