I'm giving a five stars because of the amazing support and customer interaction with laci she was an amazing person who truly cares about her customers and devotes her time to making people not only satisfied but appreciative of what they can give the customers, they did crawlspace encapsulation and dehumidifier for me we had some hiccups with communication and she personally took time out of her busy schedule to personally call me to resolve the issues without me even needing to contact the business, she fixed what small issues I had no questions asked, she also went above and beyond to offer to fix another issue I was having free of charge since I was struggling financially! Her team came to me with an offer Scott was pleasing and very kind who was not afraid to admit if he made a mistake at any time, Pete the crawlspace guy and his crew were great polite and faster than I would have imagined, we needed plumbing done and Micheal the plumber came in and did some plumbing for us thank you all very much at fortress foundation!

Great experience with the crew that did the work in our home. Big shout out to the foreman Scott Farmer and his assistants Dan and Aaron. They were knowledgeable, efficient and cared for my home as if it were their own.

Danny C, the System Designer that we worked with, was professional in every way. He had extensive knowledge of problem and had the perfect solution! Danny evaluated the problem, presented the solution in such a professional manner I did not feel the need to contact the competition. He recommended a total encapsulation of my crawlspace, including a SaniDry Dehumidifier, and Turtl crawlspace entryway. Thomas and his crew did a great job installing the encapsulation, and D.J. installed the Turtl, also a great job!

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed four jacks to support beams in our basement. The materials used were superb and exceeded only by the workmanship of Mike, Austin and Isaiah. These young men did a fabulous, professional job. If we have basement issues in the future we will use Fortress Foundation Solutions, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Travis and his team - Jack, Seth & Anthony - did incredible work in our crawl space. They installed jacks, encapsulated the crawl space and installed a dehumidifing system. It’s hard work on they did it promptly and professionally. We are so thankful and would recommend them to anyone looking for similar work.

Mike, Gus, and Danny did an excellent job installing new supports in our 1880s farmhouse crawlspace. They were polite, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the process. Mike was especially knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Scott was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my sagging floors and what it would take to fix the problem permanently. He explained everything so I understood exactly what it would take. I would highly recommend Fortress if you are having any issues with basement problems.

Fortress did a complete revamp of my crawlspace. The team was very professional, prompt, communicative and helpful. Fortress worked around my schedule and provided a great service in a short amount of time. I would happily recommend them for any foundation type work.The results are amazing, see the pictures below. I went from a moldy, badly insulated crawls space to a clean environment. It is also helping with the humidity in my home.
