I have a dirt crawlspace. The square footage of the total space is approx 1200. However, the crawlspace is divided - half of it is more or less accessible, a quarter is approx 2.5' tall and another quarter is virtually non-accessible and not insulated. It also has some water in it, although I have a sump pump. The floor is uneven and this causes some water accumulation on the opposite side of the sump pump, so maybe another pump has to be installed. I would also like encapsulate my crawlspace. The inaccessible part (has an opening of the size of a brick) could be filled by foam or other insulation completely
